Professional Interim Innkeeping
  • Complete guest support including:
    check-in/out of guests, baking and serving of inn-specific breakfast and snacks, and concierge services.

 

  • Business support including:
    guest reservations, confirmations and cancellations, retrieving and responding to email requests for information, answering of phones and "selling" the inn, phone message log, running credit cards, batching at the end of the day, and general office tasks. 

 

  • General Inn tasks including:
    plant care, property security, supervision of staff, responding to emergency issues, light gardening, menu planning and shopping, and maintaining innkeepers' quarters. 

 

  • Additional responsibilities as required and agreed upon.
